Not too hard to trick the site:
Use firebug and edit any link on that site to point to the download.
Then click the link and it will have a referrer field that is allowed by the site

I've downloaded some tool with the given .dll files. But I always get some error. "...has invalid header." Do I left some important files to read the beginning of the database ?

Looks like I've got enough informations outta the given files. Now I need to find the correct program, which I wasn't able to get yet. Any hint on getting it?
