Sometimes, for short simple substitution ciphers, a wordpattern match can be very helpful.
This is a web interface for the wordpattern tool by Paul Andrew Johnston, called wordpat.
You can also enter a string like "xbvx", and this script will compute the pattern for you.
Currently this web interface supports 3 languages: english, german and french.
