Hi,
1)the first too much ( there is a mistake) but you can solve it.
2)There are 23 challs not 19!

Noticed it too. Also at least one of the levels seemed to give unexpected output with longer input, but worked well with the inputs shorter or equal the length of the plaintext. Don't remember anymore which of them. I'm also little sceptical about the solvability of the last one, but we will see.

The last challenge is solvable. It took me days to figure out the algorithm but it was worth it.

Are there any plans to add a solutions section to the site where solvers can discuss their methods, etc..? I need some inspiration for Hard 1, its kicking my ass!
