Mass update feature?

Hi!
for quite a while now i am seeing a strange behaviour and i thought to share it...when i update all sites in my account page some new news pop-up..what i mean: if i update all sites with a time-difference of 1 day (i'm not very sure about the time but it happens when there is a reasonable time passed from each update) then a news record with new challenges (97% of the times is new challenges in SPOJ) appears..

at first i thought it was just coincidence and there was an update while the update was done but after the 20th time that this happened i stoped believing this..

i don't think this is actually a bug but maybe you know something more about the update function and if there is really somehting wrong

New challenges in SPOJ usually do appear daily ;) there were two lots of challenge today from SPOJ around 8 hours apart.

Can you make a note of 'total challs' for the site next time it happens, then see on next update if that total changes?
If the total changes then they are legitimate uploads else you may have found a bug.

Quite likely that you are the one then who triggers the update first, changing the challenge count for a site.

Challenge counts are updated on a score update, so if you are first it's normal that the news item is visible afterwards.

that's exactly what i was thinking that the score update triggers a challenge count update..i just wasn't sure if this is by design or a sideffect of something..
since you are aware of this Gizmore...alles klar!!
