Sounds like a routing or firewall problem. Perhaps try traceroute?

EDIT: Doesn't seem like that would help for the end of the route because those servers don't want to play. But at least you might be able to see a problem at the start of the route.

yes it does. The IP is correct. Can you ping/traceroute the ip? And does an http request work?

Probably that's it. I tried tracert and it tried various hops (all of them within Turkey) but to no avail. I think I should report this to my ISP and see what they say.

For those who are curious or care:
Revolution Elite over the last year has been in a state of limbo - some challenges broken. I started working through them and fixing and got to about 50% and then left the site whilst dealing with medical and personal issues. I have surgery on the 17th (November 2022) and providing this goes well I will be fixing up the rest of the site hopefully by the end of the year. New challenges are also coming.
