Is this challenge still working? I wrote a python script that gets refreshed port number and immediately connects to that port from local port 42 but I always get a "connection refused" message. If I am not wrong there is a 5 second timeout but script runs in less than 5 secs. Please help, thanks..

I use curl local port option, python socket bind, etc. I even see local port as 42 in Wireshark but solution is not accepted.. please some hint.

Hımmm thanks a lot so it is impossible to solve it because our ISP uses NAT and I don't have a publicly accessable IP address

When I look inside the ADSL modem, it says my public IP is 100.113.191.169 but when I use web sites such as whatismyip.com, etc ,, my IP seems like 78.190.10xxxx.xxxxxx . I think ISP has a shortage of IP addresses . Also it is interesting that many people share this 78.190.xx.xxx IP address, so if there happens a legal issue, how will the authorities know which person did evil things?

I bet the ISP keeps logs of every connection, also NAT states.
